The room was nice and clean. They had a parking place where they locked the garage. I felt safer this way. The breakfast food was fine. It is right in the center of the city (1-2 minutes walking distance). It is a very nice hotel if you want to visit the city or just passing by. Do not expect luxury. Great value for money.

Excellent localisation, right in the town center, within 5 mins walk of any of the city's monuments. Very helpful staff.
Expensive car park. Difficult access by car (lots of one-way streets). Overall cheap/budget atmosphere (not the price though).

The hotel is situated in a great location, right on a beautiful city square which is in the heart of the town. It is easy to access since it is in the city centre, and offers a nice characteristic view, though it is hard to find. the room is okay but nothing special, as reflected by its affordable price, and the breakfast is good with a variety of options.
Sadly, sound isolation is not good, and the bell of the church next to the hotel can be heard very loudly in the room, especially in the morning.

Very friendly and english speaking reception. The breakfast was good without anything fancy. The location is just perfect in the city. Close to everything - really close.
The doors are pretty thin and the wifi-connection is bad at the one end of the hotel, but in reception it's good.

Had a fantastic Easter break! Beautiful patio view and comfy beds, we were able to relax to the max. The hotel's central location was great, being only a short walk away from many key attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.
The room was a bit outdated and could have used some modernizing. We also noticed that the paint on the walls was chipped in some places.

Room and bathroom very spacious and clean, underground locked (safe) parking.
Difficult to find the entrance, steep and unsafe stair to top floor, old sheets, poor sound insulation, no soap in the bathroom.

The hotel was centrally located in the heart of the city, it provided secure parking facilities, and the continental buffet breakfast was plentiful.
The floors of the bathroom could of been cleaner, they appeared not to have been mopped in some time. Also, my TV did not work, so bring a book just in case!

Located in the heart of the city, it was easy to explore the surrounding areas and enjoy the new year festivities. the breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the private garage was a great convenience and saved us from the hassle of finding a parking spot on the busy streets.
The sound isolation was poor, which made it difficult to sleep in the morning due to the loud chiming of the nearby church bells. the room was a bit old-fashioned and could have used some updating.

Good response when it turned out there was a problem with our room: we immediately got another one, comparable to the original room.
The parking lot was quite difficult to find, it took us half an hour to find once we had spotted the hotel.
